The other two buildings are a 48-unit office condo and a 208-key Renaissance hotel—the Marriott brand’s first Queens outpost. The project includes more than 275,000 square feet of retail space on two levels beneath the buildings in a retail podium, including more than 225 feet of frontage along 39th Avenue.
The project also includes amenities such as an 8,000-square-foot fitness club and spa and a 60-foot-long heated saltwater pool in Tangram House West.
