Entrants are responsible for the resolution of any legal issues arising from their submitted works and agree to pay any costs thereby incurred.

• Entrants agree to fully indemnify the organizer and bear all responsibility for any third-party complaints or objections concerning copyright or other intellectual-property-right infringement or damages arising from submitted works.

The images and videos may be combined with other images, videos, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or modified.
• Entries including content from (i) to (v) below may be disqualified at the organizer’s discretion: (i) Content that infringes on any laws, or is defamatory or libelous. (ii) Content that constitutes or encourages criminal behavior, leads to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any law. (iii) Commercial content that promotes any products or services. (iv) Content in which animals were harmed or manipulated in the making of said content (v) Content which infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third person or entity (whether individuals or companies), or violates any person’s rights of privacy or publicity.
