F&T’s current projects in Flushing include the 330,000 square foot mixed-use development at One Fulton Square and Flushing Commons, a formerly city-owned 5.5 acre parking structure that is being redeveloped into 1.8 million square feet of residences, office space, new retail opportunities, community facility space, parking, and an open air plaza. F&T was also the lead developer in the 4.7 million square foot World Trade Center in Nanjing, China, in a highly- successful overseas partnership with J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

Margulies Hoelzli Architecture (MHA) is a full-service architectural design firm that uses a design approach centering on user needs, functionality, innovation, and interdisciplinary teamwork. The firm’s vast market expertise includes residential, hospitality, commercial, advanced technology, and aviation project types for both new construction and adaptive reuse of existing facilities.
Founded in 2006 and headquartered in New York City, MHA’s principals share the belief that the design process brings together aesthetics, function, and technology. MHA has designed award-winning mixed-use projects in the downtown Flushing market, as well as a broad range of complex large-scale projects across the U.S. and the Middle East.

Interior Design
JG Neukomm Architecture is a New York-based architectural and interior design firm specializing in luxury, private, multi-family, commercial, and retail projects. The firm’s strategic approach considers a site’s history, environment, social context, and future inhabitants, with a strong commitment to design, from the very inception of the project through to the final details of construction.
Principal Jean-Gabriel Neukomm's 20+ year career has led him to work collaboratively on a number of high-profile projects for individual clients such as Calvin Klein and hotelier Ian Schrager. More recently, the firm developed not only luxury residential projects, but large-scale urban projects for major developers such as Greenland USA, F&T Group, the Gotham Organization, and Rockrose Development Corp.

BHDM Design is a creative collective of designers, architects, artists and illustrators, passionate about approaching each design challenge with a fresh and discerning eye. Since 2008 BHDM has worked on a diverse array of residential and commercial projects for clients including Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Morgans Hotel Group, Gotham, Marriott, and more.
